The mission of the Law
Offices of Nellie L. King, P.A. is to provide zealous representation
of individuals when they need it the most – when they are facing the
vast resources of the government through a criminal prosecution or
investigation. The Firm believes that the defense of a person’s
freedom or life is not to be taken lightly. Justice prevails when
there are advocates who are knowledgeable, passionate and unashamed
to ardently defend the Constitution and those accused of a crime.
In any criminal case, it
is imperative that the accused hire an

interviewed by law enforcement, a good defense lawyer can make the
difference between years of jail time or none at all. If you are

The Firm believes the
responsibility of a criminal defense
attorney is to obtain the best possible result for its
clients. Advocacy offered by the Firm can include; early-phase
representation, wherein evidence is brought to the government which
persuades the prosecution not to file charges at all or to file
lesser charges, efforts to suppress evidence if law enforcement has
violated the rights of an accused via an unlawful search or seizure,
for example, mitigation work in the areas of mental health or
substance abuse issues and jury trial representation when it is
necessary to obtain a result which confirms that a client is not
guilty of the charges leveled against them.
The Firm has two Florida
locations, West Palm Beach and Fort Pierce, and also handles matters
in various state and federal courts throughout the United States.
